Yarra Theological Union (YTU)
Yarra Theological Union (YTU) is an institution arising from the cooperation of a number of provinces of religious institutes: Blessed Sacrament Congregation, Divine Word Missionaries, Discalced Carmelites, Dominicans, Franciscans (OFM), and Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, Pallottines, Passionists, and Redemptorists (Australia and New Zealand). As a centre of theological and ministerial education, YTU concerned is initially for students from the member institutes, and also accepts responsibility to provide such education for others. The ministerial aspect of the YTU program is not restricted to formation for priestly ministry.
