Regulations
The Melbourne College of Divinity Act and Regulations
The MCD Act
The Melbourne College of Divinity is constituted under an Act of the Parliament of Victoria. The Melbourne College of Divinity Act (1910-1990) provides the constitution under which Regulations of the College are made.
Regulations
Regulations made under the Act set the framework for governing the day to day life of the institution, its degrees and teaching institutions. In 2001, the Regulations were consolidated. Annotations at the end of each Regulation give the date of the particular institution or Council meeting which enacted a change since the 2001 consolidation, and its effective date.
