Ode to Spring...
From one New Yorker to another:
‘Spring has sprung, the grass is riz. I wonder where the boidies is?'

‘The boid is on the wing.'

‘But that's absoid - I always thought the wing was on the boid!'

And so begins Spring, a season traditionally associated with new life, new birth and rejuvenation. Given that our Australian springtime comes towards the latter part of the year, ‘rejuvenated' may be the very last thing that we are feeling at this time! But if that is the case, then it is perhaps worth reminding ourselves, particularly if we are struggling to push through to year's end, that

‘The day the Lord created hope was probably the same day he created Spring'
(Bern Williams)

May this time indeed be a hopeful one for you, and may the coming of warmer months and longer days helps you in your research.
