The MCD University of Divinity is committed to providing a caring environment, free from all forms of harassment. Respect for the dignity of all, is a basic value of the College. All students and staff must have equal access to the benefits offered by association with the MCD University of Divinity. This policy and relevant procedures are designed to encourage such an atmosphere of equality and justice, and to ensure that resolution of any negative issues, is achieved as quickly as possible, with as little distress as possible.
