New MCD Anthem
5 May 2010
The MCD has a new anthem - a specially commissioned work for the Centenary year, with text by Fr Andrew Hamilton SJ, and music by Fr Christopher Willcock SJ. With the title "Born of God", the work has an antiphon and 3 verses. The new anthem will be launched at the Centenary Conference Concert, which will be held in the Chapel of Trinity College at the University of Melbourne on Tuesday 6 July at 7.30pm. The work will be heard again at the final event of the Centenary year - a Liturgical Service in St Paul's Anglican Cathedral on Friday 17 December.
